WHERE IS OUR NEW AURA CLOTHING MADE?
Our New Aura clothing is made in Los Angeles, CA. By manufacturing locally, we actively work to reduce our carbon footprint, contributing to a more eco-conscious future.

CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make adjustments. This includes canceling, adding or removing items, editing the order, or changing the shipping address.

IS YOUR SITE ONLY IN USD?
Yes, all prices on our site are listed in USD.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship anywhere covered by our trusted carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

THE STYLE I WANTED IS SOLD OUT! HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF IT’S BEING RESTOCKED?
Items can sell out quickly, but you can sign up for the product waitlist by entering your email on the product page. You’ll be the first to know if the item is restocked!

WHY ISN’T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORKING?
Double-check your code for any errors. If you’re still having trouble, contact our customer service team with your code, and we’ll be happy to help.

I FORGOT TO ADD MY DISCOUNT CODE. CAN YOU APPLY IT AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, we cannot retroactively apply a discount code. Please save the code for your next order!

I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours, please reach out to our customer service team.

MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

CAN I USE MY OWN RETURN SHIPPING LABEL FOR A DOMESTIC RETURN?
Return requests should be submitted through our return portal. Once submitted, you’ll receive a return shipping label via email. Currently, our returns portal only supports domestic returns.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED AT ANOTHER RETAILER?
We cannot accept returns for items purchased from other retailers. Please contact the retailer directly with your proof of purchase.

DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?
We do not offer price adjustments. If a return and re-order is attempted to secure a price adjustment, we will only refund the amount paid on the duplicate order.
